Like any learned ability, there are certain basics that must be mastered first. The very bedrock upon that all health and fitness achievement rests are thoughts. Everything man-made in the planet or any action you've got taken in the past all started with a thought. There is not one man-created object or goal that didn't begin as an inspiration in someone's head that was then created into reality. Your toaster, your TV, your automobile, your want for better health.
A single thought ultimately reworked into physical reality.
So as to realize any health or fitness goal you want to start with this basic concept; thoughts are things. Thoughts are the foundation upon that you build the framework for attainment of your goal. Each thought contains a physical manifestation in our bodies; each thought produces physical substances known as neuro-transmitting enzymes that have instant effects on how we feel and who we have a tendency to are at the cellular level.
Don't believe me? Think of biting into a huge, juicy lemon or think about fingernails slowly running down a chalk board and tell me you did not have a direct, physical response.
Or how regarding a plan that changed the planet?
Each day, thousands of times a day, everywhere the world people fly from destination to destination. It's amazing that a person can step into a tool that lifts them off the bottom and flies through the air at nice speed typically over great distances safely carrying them to their destination during a matter of minutes or hours! The sole absolute freedom you've got is choosing how you react to life. And how you decide on starts with a thought.
Who you are right currently is the sum total of what you have thought about up to the present moment. If you're not glad with who you're right now, the nice news is who you may be from now on is entirely up to you. Change your thoughts and you'll begin changing yourself. If you would like to lose weight or be more fit, it all starts with a thought.
