All of us learn about natural natural calamities happening throughout the world today, from earthquakes to tsunamis to surges. The good news is, although surges can be viewed as a natural disaster, we, as residents of the earth, also have the energy to avoid them through environment-friendly practices. But to understand fully how we are able to improve our efforts to assist, we have to understand the different natural phenomena behind these catastrophes.

1. Tropical Storm- This specific is an intense type of surprise which is characterized by quite strong low pressure blowing wind rotations. A tropical surprise can be as damaging simply because a hurricane. If the blowing wind speed is about Thirty-nine to 70 miles per hour, then it is considered as a exotic storm.

2. Seasonal Flooding- Seasonal floods come nearly every year when rainfall is at its peak. Usually, during the wet season, the dams and rivers overflow and cause floods in different areas.

3. Coastal Flooding- This is very common, considering our beloved Earth is composed of 75%. Sometimes, other natural factors like the wind and the shaking of the earth underneath the water bed can create an overflow of water in oceans. Coastal flooding can also be a result of very strong storm.

4. Tsunamis- Severe coastal flooding can create big waves which can result to tsunamis, which is a Japanese term for, 'big wave'. The tectonic activity under the ocean floor causes some kind of reaction in the water, which results to humongous waves hitting the beach line. Recently, Japan was hit by big waves just after a very strong earthquake.

We cannot fault Mother Nature all the period for this type of events. The majority of of the time, we, individuals, have our wrongdoings which trigger the natural calamities that have a tendency to be happening around all of us. Improper waste disposal and absence of correct drainage methods are just two of the logic behind why the issue of flooding is obtaining worse every day.

Awareness is very important for us to make this world a better place to live in. Knowing the natural causes of floods will help make people more mindful of the fact many things in this world create a ripple effect. Knowing these things might just also save our own neighborhoods and the very people we love.

If you're living in a place where flooding is almost regular, it's the perfect time for you to definitely do your share in stopping the surges from increasing as time passes.
Author Resource:- We all have to do our part in creating long-term solutions to floods, but as a more immediate measure, an invisible flood wall or any applicable flood protection system can be one of the most important investments we can make towards securing our families and our communities from the effects of this phenomenon.
