Most people who take alcohol inevitably tries once or twice to drive their vehicle while knowing that they should not be behind a wheel. Also, if the accused is on any medication, this can also be brought before the court since alcohol may have exacerbated the situation when he unwittingly took one drink on top of it. All this has to be explained by the expert so that any punishment is kept to a minimum.
